Eastside Barbell Membership Options & Rates
We are Eugene-Springfield’s premier facility for Olympic Weightlifting & strength training.
Membership fees are on auto-pay until you cancel. Membership dues will be adjusted for inflation every January.
There is no refund once auto-charge has occurred. We require 30 days notice for cancellations.
Open Gym:
Open Gym 24/7 keypad access to our state of the art, 5000 sq foot facility, filled with every type of strength training equipment a serious strength athlete/weightlifter one could hope for. Screening and owner approval required. $110.00
Express Strength and Conditioning:
Express Strength and Conditioning-These are 1 hour, small group, circuit style training. Typical workouts will include strength movements, power movements, plyometric movements, and a conditioning aspect, varied daily. Ages 16 and up.
Senior Strength and Conditioning:
Senior Fitness-These are 1 hour, small group sessions similar to the Express Strength and Conditioning sessions, tailored to those 55 and over.
Youth Strength and Conditioning:
Youth Strength and Conditioning-These are 1 hour, small group sessions which include an exposure to the Olympic lifts, power lifts, plyometric movements, and general strength training. Ages 8-15.
Advanced Strength and Conditioning/Beginning Olympic WL:
Advanced Strength and Conditioning/Intro to Olympic Weightlifting-These are typically 1.5 hr workouts programmed in 4-6 week blocks, with weekly adjustments made based on each individual’s weekly progress and adaptations. Comprised of daily Olympic movements, strength movements, plyometrics and accessory movements, this program serves as a good stand alone program, or as foundational training for those aspiring to become competitive Olympic Weightlifters. Ages 16 and up.
Olympic Weightlifting Team (requires coach approval):
Olympic Weightlifting Team (Coach approval required)-Includes advanced, individualized programming in periodized blocks based on National Competition schedule. In house, small group or remote coaching via Zoom and and daily video review. Coaching at local (Oregon), national, and international meets included. Ages 16 and up.
Powerlifting:
Powerlifting-Includes advanced, individualized powerlifting programming. Coaching at local meets included.
On Ramp (Express S&C and Senior Fitness):
Introduction to basic strength movements and equipment for those with no significant prior experience. 3, 1 hour sessions, 1-3 people/instructor.
On Ramp (Youth S&C, Advanced S&C, WL):
Introduction to movements and equipment used in these classes, as well as programming and CoachNow platform. 6, 1 hour sessions, 1:1 with instructor.
Discounts:
- 10% discount applied to all unlimited membership for First Responders, Healthcare Workers, Veterans
- 5% discount applied to all 3 day/week programs for First Responders, Healthcare Workers, Veterans
- We are unable to apply multiple discounts to a membership, or to apply above discounts to Student/U23 Rates
- Family Rates are sum of individual memberships, less 15%

Personal Training:
1: 1 training with USAW National Coach Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist $100/hr
1:1 training with USAW L1 or L2 Coach $75/hr

Nutrition Counseling:
